We understand that registering for programs can sometimes be a complex process, and we want to make it as smooth and straightforward as possible for you and your family. By following the steps outlined below, you can ensure that you have all the necessary information and documents ready before you begin the registration process. This will help save you time and prevent any potential delays.

**Before registering please review the below checklist. All participants MUST have a USAV card.

*Below are the positional needs for each location/group. please do not register for the make-up tryout if your athlete's position is not listed under your desired location*

*If your athlete attend the tryout on Saturday, July 12th and plans to attend the makeup tryout, please DO NOT re-register. Refunds will not be given if you register twice. Your athlete will also needs to wear the same tryout shirt from the original tryout.

1. Confirm Tryout Details:

- Check the tryout date, time and tryout location below to ensure you can attend.

- If you cannot attend, call our office at 815.356.0006 and ask for the Girls Program Site Manager for your desired tryout location.

2. Read FAQs:

- If you are new to the Sky High Volleyball Club program, or especially if you are new to club volleyball, please read our FAQ page.

- Contact us directly if you have any questions not covered by the FAQ.

3. Create a Crossbar Account:

- If this is your first time using Crossbar, click here to create an account.

Note: The Crossbar account must be owned by an adult.

4. USAV Tryout Membership:

- Your athlete needs at least a USAV tryout membership to participate.

- If your athlete participated with a USAV member club for the 2024-2025 season, that membership is valid through August 31, 2025.

- You will need your athlete's USAV membership number to complete this registration and bring a copy of the USAV membership card (digital or hard copy) to the tryout.

5. Find USAV Membership:

- To find your athlete's USAV membership status and number, follow these instructions.

- To purchase a USAV tryout membership, click here. 

Note: After purchasing the USAV membership, return to this page to complete the tryout registration with Sky High Volleyball.

6. Register for the Correct Age Group:

- Ensure your athlete is registered for the correct age group and tryout as this affects their ability to play during the season and determines the tryout location and time.

- USAV age definitions are determined by the age the athlete will be on June 30 of the calendar year during which the season ends. (For the '25-'26 club season, the age of the athlete on June 30, 2026).

- Sky High Volleyball prefers athletes to try out with their grade level unless prohibited by their birthday.
