Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Beach Volleyball
Middle School and High School League teams should register as a pair. If you do not currently have a partner, we recommend you wait until you obtain a partner before registering. When two partners are of different ages, the team will—except in extraordinary circumstances—play up to the higher grade level. Refunds will not be issued for teams withdrawing from an event within 7 calendar days of the event. There is a $5 transaction fee on all refunds. So, please be sure you will participate in the event before registering. A full refund will be issued for events that are canceled.
Future Stars
No prorated fees or refunds will be given for this program.
Girls Summer Camps
Refunds will not be issued for athletes withdrawing from an event within 7 calendar days of the event. There is a $5 transaction fee on all refunds. So, please be sure you will participate in the event before registering. A full refund will be issued for events that are canceled.
Open Gym
No refunds will be given.
VolleyKids
No Walkups will be accepted. No prorated fees or refunds.

Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled program, will not be subject to any fees. There are no refunds, credits, or re-scheduling options if you cancel 47 hours or less. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. Beach Bash Tournaments
All Beach Bash Registrations must be received before 2:00 PM CDT on the Friday preceding the Tournament. At 2:00 PM CDT, we will stop taking registrations for that weekend.
